Which fee form to use depends on whether you are renewing an authorization or just a card.
Which tasa do I pay for renewal?
Authorization renewal → Tasa 790-052 (Autorización de residencia temporal).
Card-only renewal (authorization already valid) → Tasa 790-012 (Expedición de tarjeta de identidad de extranjero).
Both are generated online, paid at a bank, and the stamped receipt goes in your file.
How much does it cost?
Fees are set by the annual budget law (Ley de Presupuestos) and may change yearly. Check the current amount on the official form page — the amount auto-fills when you select the correct code.
Do not photocopy the receipt. The bank-stamped original is required.
