Can someone else pick up my TIE?
No. The police require you in person. No delegation is accepted — not even family members or a notarized power of attorney.
What about children under 6?
Exception: a parent can collect it if the child is under 6 on pickup day. Bring the child's passport and birth certificate.
What documents do I need for pickup?
Original passport and the resguardo from your fingerprint day. For under-6 proxy, also bring a birth or relationship certificate.
